Do bees help us?

Bees are important part of our ecosystem and they do many things to help us.

Firstly bees help us by pollinating 70% of the fruit and veggies that we love to eat

Secondly bees also help us by making honey for us to eat. Honey is also is a good at healing cuts.

Thirdly they pollinate most of the flowers we love.

Bees are dying and why?

Bees are dying because they are being attacked by nasty parasites such as Varroa Destructor  a parasite that weakens the bee and acarapis woodi which lays its eggs in the in the air tubes of the bee which slowly suffocates to death.

Neonicotinoids

A spray which harms the bees by attacking the nervasystem and slowly kills them.

Do other things pollinate?

Some other things pollinate flowers veggies and fruit like Beetles , Bats and Ants.

Bees help us a lot of ways and we should help them back by planting flowers. The End

Haiku Poem

My part in the production

In the whole school production I'm the prop's person and the drummer in the band. The props guy is very Important job because i have to get the speech cards for Camille. So got them ready be for the show started. then after that is all sorted I go on with Jacob to take off the coffee stall and put it round the back of the stage. I have to get the guitar from the band for the dressing room seen for rocky. We have put it on an off because theres different seen's in be twin. I have to get dressed for band then we have to play in the ballroom seen. We are playing the bast day of my life. At the end we all go on for the lats part of our show. We all sing a song together.

Traditional teaching style

On the Tuesday the 10th of may 2016 we had TTS or traditional teaching style means that its a old way to teach and you are told what to do and when to do it. when we went in to the class we got told where we sat on our desks. We had to sing the national anthem after that we got on with our work we did each thing for 15 mins then after morning tea we finished it was just a trick.

My holiday at my Dads 2016

In the easter holidays I went up to my dads house up north in kerikeri in the morning I left at 11:00 clock I walked to the plane and sat down in my seat. I waved good bye to my mum and off I went. The trip was easy and smooth befor I know it I was there at Aukland.

Weet-bix try 2016

On the 24th March was the Weet-bix triathlon. Me and Dom were in a team so he did the bike and i did the swim, then we both did the run. I got there and it started raining but we had a tent but when more people came and the tent and couldn't move and there was mud on the floor. Then we were called to go to wait by the swiming and Dom went to wait for me where the bikes were.

Adventures of TIMMMY

Sports Rotations-Badminton

On every Tuesday we have sports and one of the sports is Badminton thats the one i like the most. Because i like how you work as a team and diffrent out lines if you play singles or doubles. But i think singles because its just me and i do better and score more points for my team. The warm up is ok we have to run to the end of the hall and back again a few times and then we get our rackets and shuttlecock. After that we do keepy upy thats how praktis our hits and power. We do games of 2v2  full court or 1v1 half of court i like 2v2 better than 1v1. its fun because you chalenge your self to.
